Great America station
VTA runs special service at all 5 remaining home games. Get off at Great America, on the north side of the stadium. VTA’s tables label the stop “Levi’s.”
| Line | Starts at | Connects with | Ride to the stadium |
|---|---|---|---|
| Orange | Mountain View | Caltrain at Mountain View | 27 min, 12 stops |
| Orange | Alum Rock, via Milpitas | BART at Milpitas | 19 min from Milpitas |
| Green | Winchester | Downtown San Jose | |
| Blue | Santa Teresa | South San Jose |
VTA buses 55, 57 and 59 also run to Old Ironsides and Tasman.
VTA posts each game’s detailed schedule at least 5 days before the game. Check the VTA Levi’s page that week.
Park-and-ride lots
Park at the lot on your side of the Bay, as close to the start of the line as you can.
VTA lists 20 park-and-ride lots for Levi’s Stadium.
| Coming from | Lots | Line |
|---|---|---|
| North on US-101, the Peninsula | Mountain View (Caltrain lot), Moffett Park (813 11th Ave, Sunnyvale), Whisman | Orange, Mountain View branch |
| I-880, I-680, Milpitas | Alder, Milpitas, Great Mall, Hostetter, Penitencia Creek, Alum Rock | Orange, Alum Rock branch |
| San Jose, north and central | River Oaks | Blue or Green |
| South San Jose | Santa Teresa, Snell, Cottle, Blossom Hill, Ohlone/Chynoweth, Branham, Capitol, Curtner, Tamien | Blue |
| West San Jose, Campbell | Winchester, Bascom | Green |
Pay for parking at these two lots. VTA’s other light rail lots are free.
- Milpitas (VTA garage at Milpitas BART): $3 a day. Pay in the Passport parking app or at a pay machine. Have your license plate number ready.
- Mountain View (Caltrain station lot, not a VTA lot): $5.50 a day. Pay at a Caltrain ticket machine or in the ParkMobile app.
Fares
VTA game service uses regular fares. Tap or buy a ticket before you board, both ways.
| VTA fare | Single ride | 8-hour light rail pass |
|---|---|---|
| Adult | $2.50 | $5.00 |
| Senior or disabled | $1.00 | $2.00 |
| Youth | $1.25 | $2.50 |
Buy the 8-hour pass on the way in. It covers your ride home if you return within 8 hours, so you won’t need a ticket machine in the crowd after the game.
- Tap Clipper, a phone wallet, or a contactless Visa, Mastercard, Amex or Discover card. VTA also takes cash.
- Moving between agencies on the same card saves up to $2.85.
- At Mountain View or Milpitas, buy a VTA fare from a VTA ticket machine.
- VTA ambassadors work at Mountain View Caltrain and Milpitas BART on game days.
Caltrain sells a joint Caltrain and VTA Day Pass. It costs $7.50 more than a regular Caltrain Day Pass. It covers Caltrain through Zone 3. Don’t buy it at Mountain View. There, buy Caltrain and VTA fares separately.
After the game
Lick Mill and Old Ironsides stations close for the first hour. Use Great America.
- Exit through Gate A.
- Find the return queues on the Tasman Dr side.
- Join the queue for your line.
Extra light rail and bus service runs for up to 1 hour after the event.
