Single-game passes are mobile only, in the 49ers app or your Ticketmaster account. A pass moves only by electronic transfer to a friend or buyer, using the email on their account.

Keep your pass on your phone

Passes work the same way as mobile game tickets, including the two logins.

Transfer a pass

  1. On a computer, sign in to Account Manager at 49ers.com/myaccount.
  2. Pick “Select Event.” The 49ers’ mobile ticketing guide says only this option sends parking.

The other person then accepts the transfer the same way as a ticket.

Refunds

Lost, stolen or unused passes get no refund. The stadium gives a refund or credit only if the event is cancelled.

Season parking

Season parking comes through a season ticket account.

  • The SBL Marketplace lists an “Option to purchase parking” as a seat license benefit. Club seats get an “Option to purchase premium parking.”
  • The 49ers Membership Plan terms allow charges for parking you request on the account.

Early entry

Early Entry Tailgate is for season ticket members with a season-long prepaid Blue 1 or Green 1 pass. They can enter the lot early, at regular-season home games only.

The stadium says there are no plans to let an Early Entry Tailgate pass be transferred, resold or used by someone else.

A single-game Blue 1 or Green 1 pass doesn’t include early entry.

Reselling season parking

Season ticket members may resell game tickets and parking on any resale platform once their account is paid in full. The stadium encourages the NFL Ticket Exchange.
