If a transfer fails

We refund the full amount you paid us.

Once you accept a transfer, the tickets or pass are in your account. For parking passes, the stadium’s refund policy applies.

Parking passes

One pass covers one space for one game. For Early Entry Tailgate, see early entry.

SBL connections

We connect you with an SBL owner. The sale closes on the official Levi’s Stadium SBL Marketplace as a Private Sale Transfer. It has lower fees than buying a listing.

The marketplace’s own terms and fees apply to the sale. See how an SBL transfer works.

Resale at the stadium

The stadium bans ticket resale on its grounds and parking lots. California Penal Code section 346 makes it a misdemeanor to resell a ticket above its printed price on a venue’s grounds. The exception is written permission from the operator.

Do not resell tickets or passes you buy from us on stadium grounds or in the lots.

Code of conduct

Every ticket holder must follow the Levi’s Stadium Code of Conduct. The 49ers can revoke a ticket for breaking it. A breach by a guest can also affect the season ticket account the ticket came from.

Under the Ticket Terms, a ticket lets you in once. The 49ers can cancel it.

You may not use tickets from us for advertising, promotions, contests, sweepstakes or gambling. The Ticket Terms require written 49ers consent for those uses.
