Buy your pass before you drive
Parking passes are sold on Ticketmaster or in the 49ers app. The Purchase Parking button on the Levi’s site goes to Ticketmaster.
You can also buy in person or by phone at the Visa Box Office (parking), 4900 Marie P. DeBartolo Way, 408-579-4449. The parking email is Parking.Request@49ers-smc.com.
- One pass covers one space for a vehicle under 17 feet long and 8 feet wide.
- Buses and RVs must buy ahead, using the box office phone or email above.

Road closures
Enter your address on the Levi’s directions page for directions to your lot. Use the free Waze app for live road-closure updates. Levi’s recommends it on its parking lot maps page.
- Expect heavy traffic on US-101, SR-237, I-880, Lawrence Expwy, Great America Pkwy and San Tomas Expwy.
- Expect road closures. For the 10/19 game, Tasman Dr closes from 9:30 AM until after the event. Some off-ramps and parts of Great America Pkwy also close.

Lot hours
Lots open 3.5 hours before kickoff and close 2 hours after the game. Ticketmaster lists these lot opening times for the remaining games:

Passes for sold-out lots
Season passes for Red, Blue and Green Lot 1 are sold out. Single-game passes for those lots can reappear on Ticketmaster or in the app. For Early Entry Tailgate, see early entry.
Premium and VIP lots work like any other lot. You need a pass for that lot, not a premium seat ticket.

Parking together
Every lot uses directed parking, including VIP and accessible spaces. Staff wave each car into the next open space.
- Spaces are not assigned.
- You can’t save spaces.
- Lots usually fill from the back first.
- Cars that arrive apart are not parked side by side.
Help in the lot
Unique Towing offers free roadside help in stadium lots: jump-starts, flat tires and lockouts. Call 408-579-4600, from 3 hours before the event to 1 hour after.
Private security and Santa Clara police patrol the lots.
No pass yet?
A few lots take card payment on game day. These spaces are limited and may cost more than a prepaid pass.
Several private lots near the stadium sell spaces in person on game day.
If you can’t get a pass, park at a VTA light rail lot and take the train in.
Stay out of the neighborhoods
Police patrol residential areas before and during games. The city’s 10/19 advisory also bans parking on Tasman Dr and marked parts of Lick Mill Blvd.
Private mobile-home communities in Sunnyvale tow cars parked there without permission.

Bike valet
The Silicon Valley Bicycle Coalition runs a free bike valet outside Gates A and C at NFL games. It takes cargo bikes, e-bikes, scooters and small personal mobility devices. It closes 1 hour after the event.
For the 10/19 game, it opens at 1:45 PM. The city posts each game’s opening time in its advisory.
On the 10/19 game day, the San Tomas Aquino Creek Trail closes to everyone except ticketed fans. It closes at Agnew Rd at 8:00 AM. Ticketed fans can use it from 1:45 PM.
